Chief Executive Officer
Mike leads Novatek with a focus on building relationships that last, and delivering IT strategy that actually moves businesses forward. With a background spanning sales, project management, and client advisory, he brings a commercial lens to everything Novatek does. He believes the best technology decisions start with understanding the business first.
Outside of work, Mike is a hands-on kind of person who values straight talk, getting his hands dirty, and working on projects.
Brandon
Chief Technology Officer
Brandon is the technical backbone of Novatek, overseeing the tools, systems, and delivery that keep clients running at their best. He leads the technical team with a focus on quality, reliability, and staying ahead of what’s next. Making sure Novatek’s solutions are always fit for purpose and future-ready is something he takes personally.
Brandon brings calm expertise to complex problems, and the team and clients alike know that when Brandon’s across it, it’s in good hands.
